Fall in Florida!!!
This is definitely one of my favorite times of the year!
So... I decided to make the most of it and create a “bucket list” of things I love and hope to do.
Sharing my list below.
FALL BUCKET LIST
· Spend Saturday morning at the Farmers Market- Winter Park Farmers Market is in full swing Saturday’s 7am-1pm at 200 W New England Ave.
· Find a foolproof recipe for a crock-pot meal or a hearty soup
· Listen to Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons – Fall.
· Attend a Fall Festival
· Go on a hayride.
· Get lost in a corn maze (Club Lakes Plantation in Apopka and Long & Scotts Farm in Mt Dora are local favorites)
· Visit a pumpkin patch
· Decorate my front porch with my pumpkin!
· Roast S’mores over the fire pit
· Be a part of Friday Night Lights and attend all my son’s home high school football games- GO GREYHOUNDS!
· Donate to my local food bank
· Make cookies using a cookie cutter shaped like autumn leaves
· Grab a cup of Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte- Already can check this off!
· Make a autumn cocktail like Hard Cider Sangria
· Open the windows!
· Make pumpkin bread, pumpkin pancakes, or pumpkin muffins- need a recipe? Message me :)
· Get a large tub of water, fill it with apples, gather a fun group of people, and go bobbing for apples- OK maybe I won’t do this one, but go for it!
· Light an autumn candle -Yankee Candles in Autumn Wreath, Spiced Pumpkin, or Harvest perhaps?
· Enjoy some apple cider. Get a warm mug of cider and sit out on the porch when it’s cool out, well…cooler in Florida that is.
· Visit a haunted house, or get tickets to Halloween Horror Night!
· Spend a Sunday afternoon doing nothing but watching football and eating chili. SUPER BOWL I am READY!
· Watch “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”.
· Listen to This is Halloween: The Nightmare Before Christmas
· Be the house with the best Halloween candy on the block!
· Read spooky stories like “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” or “The Telltale Heart”.
· Have a horror movie night marathon- Well…..maybe
What’s on your bucket list this fall?
